6 Month Progress Photos
I’m going to keep this post short and sweet. I need you guys to know these things:
It’s very difficult for me to post my before’s. *gulp* What is more profound than the visual results is that I don’t even feel like that person on the left anymore. That person was so tired, full of excuses and just overall lacking a daily drive. It makes me sad, truthfully.
Instant gratification and a healthy lifestyle do not go hand and hand. I’ve come a long way but I have a long way to go and when I began this I knew it would take a long time. I do not support severe calorie deficits, diet pills or dehydrating methods and all of that crazy ish people are doing now to lose 10 lbs overnight. Girl, bye. I got these results by eating a healthy balanced diet and working out 5 days a week for 6 months. It isn’t easy but the concept is rather simple. My results are real.
So, congratulations to myself. I am very proud.
